I adore hinching my house and getting a wax melt on at the end- I get a great sense of achievement when I can relax in a clean and fresh house. Though I do unashamedly pop a wax melt on when I can't be bothered cleaning to make me feel like I actually have done!

But most of all, I love setting time aside to relax in the evening. It's really important to me. I've embraced my self-care and wellbeing over the past few years - especially since having children. Because let's face it- life is chaotic! We're all trying to juggle work, family, health, finances- and if that isn't enough, let's just throw in a global pandemic for good measure. Inspiring you to take time for yourself is what I am determined to do. Personally, wine, wax melts and a hot bath (watching Netflix) are my ingredients for a perfect #selfcaresunday.

When I'm not handmaking wax melts and picking the bioglitter involved in that process off my clothes, I love walking around where I live (Cumbria) with my husband and daughter, taking in the scenery in all its beauty.
