At Aroma Violet, we appreciate and value all of our customers and a positive customer experience is our priority. Our Terms and Conditions regarding Delivery and Returns are set out below. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification. You should make note of our Terms & Conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

Covid-19 Update

Although we are working throughout Covid-19 as normal, it is affecting our delivery service with Royal Mail. Royal Mail parcels could take longer than expected in Covid-19 affected areas. 

Delivery

We charge a flat rate of £3.70 on all orders. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We post to the UK only, and offer free local delivery to CA25 and CA26 postcodes- just select the option at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. There may be times where dispatch is longer in busy periods.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

All orders are sent an email notification upon dispatch. This will go to the email address supplied at the time of purchase.

My order has arrived damaged?

Due to the fragile nature of wax, we are unable to replace wax melts slightly damaged in transit. The damage will not affect the quality of the scent throw. If your order has arrived severely damaged, and you wish to inform us, this can be done via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt of your order quoting your order reference number. 

I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my order

You are able to return your order up to 14 days from when you receive your order. If you have not yet received a dispatch email, just let us know either via our contact page or email us at [email protected]. We will cancel your order for you and issue a full refund. If you have received a dispatch email and your parcel is on the way, you will have to return your parcel at your own expense to 2 Elm Way, Frizington, CA26 3TL. All items being returned must be in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging, in order to receive any refund. The item will be your responsibility until it is returned directly to us in this saleable condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders and Payments

Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment. An email notification will be sent at the time of purchase, and a second email notification when dispatched. We accept all major debit/credit cards.
